worked with installer Josh. he worked quickly and neatly, he left all areas cleaner than when he came. He did an excellent job on the mortar finish. it looks great. he even pointed out a few problems he found with the house unrelated to the window installation (we just moved in). I would recommend Columbus Glass Block to anybody I know.

John Carter was professional & freindly. The install was for a outside wall, he noticed that a senior lived in my home. My mother in law is 86 yrs old and being this time of year living in Ohio the weather changes quickly. lHe was able to have the block installed sooner then the 7-10 days. He placed the order on Thursday November 12, 2009 and the block was installed on Monday November 15, 2009. Thanks John! Also Josh who installed the block was freindly, professional.

they came when they said. they were able to deliever the service in a timely manner and when they were finnished every thing was cleaned up and ready to go. the installer even took me around to all the windows when he was finnished to show me everything inside and out
