“Wow! What can I say. We have been very impressed with the school, teachers, athletics, and the addition of Phoenix Middle School. My wife and I can't say enough about the teachers, and the quality of education my children have received. The students are challenged, nurtured, and held accountable for their learning. The addition of Phoenix Middle School has been positive and the the athletic merger has gone very well. The administrative team of Jeff Maddox, Paul Roman, and Kathy Starks is the best. The are great communicators and help create the safe and nurturing environment. They are always out and about in the halls and can be found in many of the classrooms during the day. Our children have loved their 'fun' personalities. We will miss Perry Middle School after this year but our children are better people for having had the experience.” This review was posted by a parent.

“Perry Middle School is an incredible middle school. Under the leadership of Jeff Maddox, the staff has done an amazing job of blending the academics with a whole child approach. The communication between school and home has been very supportive. The connections made with the students and staff is based on trust and compassion and is very sincere. The school wide focus of respect has been very impacting and has extended outside the walls of Perry. Our family, and many families I have spoken with, will miss Perry as our children are moving on to WKHS. “Perry Middle School is truely a fantastic school. The teachers work with every child making them better students and young man and women. The teachers go out of their way to help, no matter what is needed. Both of my children will go through Perry by 2007 and both of them will be better because of the great influence of the teachers. I have been involved in several sports and enjoyed them all. There is plenty of opportunity for parents to get involved.” This review was posted by a parent.
